Dog with no Face is a Hero

All pets especially dogs can be great partners by giving their loyalty and fondness for their masters in each and every day. However, there are special ones who reach above and beyond the usual human-animal bond to serve and look after their human companions even it means to sacrifice their lives. Every one of us loves a hero, and every single one of us wants to have a hero. The following account tells a true-to-life story of a horribly disfigured dog. The heroic account of Kabang is one of the most touching scenes on a typical subject of a pet dog as a great rescuer. In this story, we see beauty in the beast.

On the day of December 14, 2011, cousins Dina and Princess were hiking across a street unaware of a speeding motorcycle moving towards them. At the most critical moments, the dog hero came forward and leaped into the vehicle’s trail. The children just lost their footing but were fortunately uninjured. The driver, equally unharmed brought the children to the hospital for treatment of bruises. An eyewitness reported the whole story. He was eating his lunch in an eatery when he saw how Kabang shielded the kids from sure harm by blocking the vehicle’s path. On the word of the witness, the Kabang’s head landed speedily on the front wheel. As the wheels revolved, the dog’s upper snout was caught.

Puppies
Dina’s father also witnessed the heroic deed of their dog, Kabang. While painful for them to see their dog with disfigured face, they could not do whatever thing there is to save her. The dog ran away and was gone for 2 weeks. When Kabang returned home, she looked bad, with half of her face lost, but the family she tried to save couldn’t care less.

Dog training
Dina’s father recounted how this sweet puppy came into their lives. Kabang, being an unwanted puppy, was left to die in a swamp. Luckily, Dina’s father saw the poor puppy and rescued it. This is just one of the great stories that prove these pets as man’s best friend. Their dependability, cleverness, attachment, and fondness are amazingly satisfying. From a walk in the park, being greeted each morning with a playful wagging tail and being remarkable bodyguards, owning dogs as pets lift the spirits and bring about a sense of security.
